Hola a todos, tengo la solución a este problema. Movistar ha cancelado su simétrica sin su permiso, por error. Esto parece ser un error en su sistema y me dijeron que un técnico lo hizo por accidente. Llame a su número técnico y dígales que no autorizó esto y que restaurarán su plan. No hay falla en tu línea, así que no te preocupes 🙂 For the English speakers, the issue is simple: movistar has accidentally cancelled your symmetric for some reason so if you log into their app and see "600" and "60" when you click fibre optic, phone their phone line and say "English" and you will get an English operator. Explain the issue, and they will apologise and restore your plan. Looks like some kind of mistake some technicans are making within the system. Don't worry, it gets resolved quick during working hours. They also told me that the speed won't really get to 600/600 until this sunday when it gets activated completely.
