We spent 2 hours in the Movistar office yesterday trying to change our bank account details as we have moved bank. They couldn’t do it and all they could suggest was getting a new router and setting up an account in my wife’s name.
The problem seems to be that we don’t have a Spanish mobile phone number to verify who we are. We tried with NIE (but it’s old and doesn’t have a photo) and passport but just kept getting an error.
We can’t set up an online account as the system doesn’t seem to send 6digit codes to a UK email address or gmail - we tried several different addresses.
It surely must be possible to change bank account. Can anyone help?
