No service since 2 weeks.

No service since 2 weeks.
Can anyone help me. I moved to a new address about 2 weeks ago. I’ve let Movistar know about it 2.5 weeks before move. So all togheter a month and I still don’t have internet installation at new address. The only communication I am receiving is that they processing my request and a technician will contact me. He did contact me. He called me and said something about problem and he hung up. Nothing happened after that. I don’t even know what kind of problem he had. I need internet for work and now I am paying extra to cover it. It is shocking that there is no information about the progress or any proper contact and that it takes so long. I couldn’t do any more to help do this quicker. I gave enough time to book an installation on time when I will move in. So please I need any information will this installation happen and when or should I find another provider.
