communicar con Movistar en Ingles?

Hola, como es el manero de communicar con nosotros en Ingles? Me interessa a el oferta sobre Fibra 100Mb, pero tengo unas preguntas complicades. No tiene telefono con numero espanol, entonces no es posible rellenar vosotras  formularios en internet. Queiro enviar un email or whatsapp, pero no es posible?? Solamente un chatbot con repuestas tonterias, no es util!

Porque hablo español solamente un poco, communicar por teléfono en español no sera funcionar. Es posible de hablar en inglés os communicar por email o WhatsApp?

Si es un foro español, Intento en español, escribir es mas facil para mi que hablar y escuchar. 🙂

Queremos comprar Movistar Fibra en nuestra casa, pero no estamos en España en este momento. Esta posible de contrator y pagar sobre internet, y planificar la visita de vuestro tecnico  cuando unas de mis vecinas esta en lugar? Todavía no tenemos linea fija, ni un movil español. Tiene movil holandes con WhatsApp y internet.

Is it possible to contract fibra while we are not at home ourselves? We have neighbors who can welcome your technician of course. We do not have a landline, just Dutch mobile number that i use also when i am in Spain.

Tal y como indica @RAYDEN (muchas gracias por tu aportación) desde la Comunidad solo atendemos en español.

Te informamos que una vez que solicites la instalación, es necesario que el titular del contrato se encuentre en el domicilio, ya que tiene que firmar el contrato.

Answering your question this won´t be possible due to the signature contract by the owner. And the distribution of the equipment including router and tv decoder like be in the same room or separate rooms

"We inform you that once you request the installation, the holder of the contract is required to be at home, as he has to sign the contract."

My tip for you it´s better to do it in a local Movistar store in the city where you want to live.

In this case, you can use the help of your neighbor with his/her spanish language asking the Movistar seller your questions in the even case need more help to explain better for it.

Mijn tip voor jou is beter om het te doen in een lokale Movistar winkel in de stad waar je wilt wonen.
In dit geval kan u de hulp van uw buurvrouw gebruiken met zijn/haar spaanse taal waarin de Movistar uw vragen verkoopt in de zaak die nog meer hulp nodig heeft om het beter uit te leggen.

Doing the contract in store it´s better for a lot of things to get the contract signed the same day you make the contract, personal attention and maybe in the store, some of them would speak in English like me here.
