Release iPhone 5S

Hello,

I bought my iphone 5S in the USA through GROUPON. It said at the time that the phone is GSM unlocked, so I thought I could use it when I travel to France. Now, I just realized that the almost $200 phone I bought is locked with Movistar.

I will be so excited if I am helped to unlock my phone.

I have the IMEI number. I am not sure about whether it already has a phone number.

Please HELP!!!

Sorry, but your iPhone is not locked by Movistar Spain.

You have to ask the unlock code to the original operator, in your case Movistar Venezuela, http://www.movistar.com.ve/particulares/ayuda/
