How do you unsubscribe from Uplife subscription?

On my movistar bill €2.50 is taken every week with this reference - Life Up911229481. It is an APP what we have not signed up for, thus we can´t unsubscribe directly (there is nothing in the Playstore). Thus, I´m trying to block further payment taken.
