I submitted an online order request to change my internet to fibre optic on February 6th. I gave my email address and a contact number. I received a confirmation message saying: Hemos recibido correctamente tu solicitud de compra en movistar.es. En caso necesario, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para validar tus datos y comenzar la tramitación del producto solicitado. But, as of today, I have not received an email confirming the order, nor has anyone called my contact number. Can you please assist me? ¡Gracias!
