I clicked on your offer of ADSL in August (14,90€ for 12 months) and you have charged me 35,53€ for the last two months. This is more than before I selected the offer. Please advise if you actually have any offers. I would like my next invoice to refund me for the overcharge on the last 2 invoices as well as charge the correct, discounted price for the next 10 months. If I am not eligible for the discounted price, I can take my business to a different company who can offer me a service at a much cheaper price. many thanks
