Hi, I am trying to fix one mistake done during the first registration of my mobile contract. When the Movistar employee registered me in the field "Tipo de documentó" they put "pasaporte" but they used my NIE number. Now when accessing the Movistar web I am facing a lot of errors. I am trying to change the "Tipo de documentó" to NIE but for some reason it is not happening. How can I resolve this issue?
