Xbox 2024 Year in Review: Reflecting on Your Gaming Journey

As we near the end of 2024, it’s that time of year when apps and services roll out their year-end summaries, and Xbox is no exception. The Xbox Year in Review is back, much like Spotify Wrapped, offering a snapshot of your gaming year. Whether you're gaming on console, PC, or even mobile, this roundup will capture all your activity across the Xbox ecosystem.
The review highlights how much time you spent gaming, the number of games you played, your favorite titles, and which platform you favored most. It also includes your Gamerscore and compares your stats to those of other players, showing how you stack up. Naturally, the more you play, the higher you rank.
Year-end summaries like these have become a popular trend across many platforms, and Xbox has been a pioneer in this area. It's a great way to reflect on how much time you've dedicated to gaming, even if you haven't been tracking it throughout the year. To check out your own review, head to the "Year in Review" section on the Xbox website. You probably already have a good idea of which game topped your list, but it’s always interesting to see it officially confirmed.

This Xbox Year in Review thing is such a cool way to look back and see how much gaming you've done, kind of like a personal highlight reel. I always think I didn't play that much until I see the actual hours, and then I'm like… wow. Reminds me of how I got hooked on angry birds slingshot frenzy  earlier this year, one of those games you jump into just for fun but end up spending hours on without realizing. It's awesome how Xbox brings all that together in one neat summary!
