Can't Create A New Movistar Account
Hello,
I am struggling to create a new Movistar account (Prepaid Plus). When I asked to put in my ID number and a phone number while creating it, the error the website came out as: "The phone number indicated does not belong to the user. If you have just placed your order and you are new to Movistar, you must wait until we finish the installation or deliver your order to register." I have had this number for several months now and the registration documents have my ID number as it was used for the phone number registration, so all is correct there, yet it still doesn't let me create new account. Will be grateful for advice on this. Thanks.
