Hello, i am having a similar issue with my internet. The connection keeps dropping, we had to have a person over to try and fix this and he did - temporarily. It has been completely fine recently, but on my Movistar box the Light for Movistar+ has gone and it will not go back on even if I hold the button down at the back of the router. I don’t know if this is the problem or my router is not well enough updated.
