no funciona API open sms
Buenos dias, para enviar sms llevo varios años utilizando la api sms movistar del servicio
https://enviamensajes.movistar.es
he entrado desde la web y he enviado un sms sin problema con la linea 6XXXXXXX,
pero cuando lo hago con mi aplicacion recibo el siguiente error
