Firewall
Dear Support,
we have an active Fusion Digital service (connection+VOIP). In order to have the same standard around all companies of our group (multinational) we added a firewall in our network and after this activity the calls randomly stops and the VOIP session seems to have the phones no more registered.
The actual network configuration is with Movistar router connected to the firewall (1 port) and two switches (1 mixed phones+PCs and 1 only for PCs) connected to the firewall.
We tried to call multiple times all support numbers of Movistar but we didn't receive any technical information.
Could you please help us?
