One thing I've seen on infrastructure projects is that early site investigation makes a huge difference later on. Delays often happen because underground conditions aren't fully understood before construction begins. In other industries, especially large civil engineering and energy projects, detailed geological studies and exploration drilling are used to reduce those risks before major work starts. Has a complete geotechnical study been carried out for this urbanization project, or is it still waiting for that stage?
