English customer support

i have a holiday home in villamartin Spain and would like to know the cost of line rental and if you have a pay as you go land line

I am having the same problem. I see that Jesus has answered your question, but I can not see anywhere his response. Did you get a number for english customer support?

When I called they gave me 1004 as well. But I have no idea how to use it.

Hi there,

I will be moving to Barcelona in Spain on the 12th of October and I would like to start setting up my internet and home phone but also need English Support to get it all set up.

I sent an email to movi star in english but still no reply. How can I get support with setting up a new phone line and internet?

thank you very much for your response. I would be happy just to receive an e-mail address or phone number I could contact in English to discuss our current installation. My question to this contact would be:

We cannot make out what we exactly are paying for and what type of installation we have. It is a combined broadband and land line installation. How much are we paying for each part and could be cancel the landline part ?
