I don’t think there’s any way to see your public IP address without being on your home network. Probably you will need to ask any moderator to help you to get it.
Anyways, for the next time, if your current installed router supports it, use the Dynamic DNS service. This way, you won’t need to remember your IP address.

Understand, but english is today the common IT language all over the world, so why do not you not accept it? I have been working in the IT business for over 40 years and been working over the whole world. Everywhere it works to communicate in english, event in China, Japan, France and Germany, but not here.
