Hi, Were you able to get the Public Static IP address, Subnet mask and gateway from Movistar?
We have the same issue, I have contacted them 8 different times, explained it to 8 different people, they have opened 2 different support tickets and still no one could tell me what the subnet mask and gateway is for my internet connection. They just keep referring me to log on to the router and get details there, however that only shows me the private IP details they have configured with the default network - not the public IP details I need to set up my own network...
Please tell me there is a solution , otherwise we will need to cancel the service.
