Hello, I've already contacted Movistar support via WhatsApp several times regarding my issue, but they haven't been able to help me. But I'll post my question here as a last resort.
I am trying to setup my own WiFi networks, and I need PUBLIC static IP address, PUBLIC subnet mask and PUBLIC gateway for my internet connection.
They keep telling me to log into the router and get the details there, but this only shows me the details of the private IP configured for the network the router deploys. NOT the public IP details I need to configure my own network.
I'm paying an extra 30 euros each month to have a public static IP address, but it's useless without the public subnet mask and public gateway details. Can Movistar provide me with this information?
