How to contact Movistar in English?

I need help with my contract, in English.  Everyone who asks for English help in this forum is just told that English is not permitted.  So where can I go? I cannot log into the website as it wants to send an authorisation code to a mobile phone number that I do not recognise, and it will not accept a UK phone number.
