Registration to Mi Movistar for foreigners

I am trying to get the Mi Movistar app either on my mobile phone or to register for an account on the web, but it won´t let me do it, because I don´t come from Spain and don´t have a spanish phone number. I am using Movistar services for few months now and I do have the N.I.E. Any ideas?
