Teltonika RUT240 connection only works for about 3 minutes

Sorry for writing in English, but I don't know any Spanish.
I'm setting up a mobile internet connection using a Teltonika RUT240.
I'm using a "Contrato Infinito". The ICCID is 8934076700070853896F. The IMEI of my router is 860425045559331.
Problem 1: Connection not working
I get a good 4G connection and can use Speedtest and get 30Mbps download and 11Mbps upload.
But only for about 3 minutes, then I start getting packet drops and after a few more minutes it's dead, 100% packet loss.
I use ping to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and even without using the connection, after a few minute pinging googles servers stops working.
If I reset the mobile connection it starts working again for a few minutes.
I have a wired connection to the router from a Windows 10 computer.
I've tried connecting with a phone to the Wifi of the router, same problem, works for a few minutes.
Problem 2: No public IP
I've tried using APN movistar.es and using PPP with PAP and MOVISTAR/MOVISTAR as login. But I don't get any public IP. I'm always getting a 10.*.*.* address.
An operator in Sweden that I had a similar issue with a few years ago updated their network to recognize that my type of device was a router and by default assign a public IP. Is this something that Movistar can do too?
Please have a look at this very strange problem!

Hemos recibido los datos de forma correcta, muchas gracias. Comprobando la línea verificamos que tenías activo un servicio, Conexión Segura, que en ocasiones crea conflictos con el Contrato Infinito, los hemos desactivado. Cuando puedas, por favor, reinicia el dispositivo donde tengas la sim y prueba el funcionamiento. Nos confirmas los resultados. Gracias.
