cancelar de esim

Estoy entendiendo que a) Telefónica/Movistar no están cumpliendo con mi solicitud de cancelación y el plan esim que compré en el entendimiento de que el plan era por 30 días consecutivos y podría cancelarse en cualquier momento a pesar de que he proporcionado el número de teléfono y el NIE. b) Tenga en cuenta que el titular real del NIE no sacó el plan sino su hijo (yo)  c) Movistar/Telefónica enviaron un correo electrónico al hijo y hablaron con él por teléfono haciéndole llamadas telefónicas. d) He intentado utilizar la aplicación con numerosos errores, así como el sitio web  e) No puedo hacer llamadas telefónicas a España (no estoy en España en este momento).   f) No hablo español.

I am understanding that 

a) Telefonica/Movistar are not honouring my request to cancel and esim plan that was purchased on the understanding that the plan was for 30 days rolling and could be cancelled at anytime even though I have provided the phone number and the NIE.

b) Note that the actual NIE holder did not take the plan out but their son (me) 

c) Movistar/Telefonica have emailed the son and spoken with him on the phone by making telephone calls to him.

d) I have attempted to use the app with numerous errors as well as the website 

e) I am unable to make phone cals to Spain (not in Spain atm).  

f) I do not speak Spanish.
