Lamentamos todas las molestias ocasionadas.
Hemos revisado tu caso y confirmamos que las incidencias generales en la zona ya fueron resueltas por el equipo técnico. Por este motivo, el bono de datos ilimitados ha sido desactivado.
Sin embargo, los técnicos han detectado que persiste una falla específica en las conexiones de los puertos exteriores. Este inconveniente ya ha sido escalado y se está trabajando para solucionarlo en el menor tiempo posible.
