I have internet at my existing house and need to transfer to a new home in the same town. Before when I dial it used to automatically go into English, no longer works. Before that I had an email that went to an English advisor no longer works!.
I have emailed your website several times as I can't even get your software to check if internet is available as it doesn't recognise the street address. Besides paying for a 10mb connection and only getting 3mb for the last 3 years your service has been reliable. But only works if I never need to speak to you guys!
Can someone please respond as I need to cancel this connection and start a new one in the new building Asap! any help is much appreciated.
