Hi, I ordered an eSim for my parents. I did not receive a QR code via email. I could not create an account via the website or the app. Furthermore I wanted to give the QR code to my parents to use on their phone so doubt it would have worked for me if I could have got the app to work on my phone as it probably would have locked it. I tried to speak with customer services via whatsapp chat with no luck. I then phoned and spoke with someone in English. They were helpful told me that I would not be charged and would receive an email to confirm I had cancelled the order for an eSim BUT as yet I have not got an email to confirm my number was cancelled. . . . . I have internet at my existing house and need to transfer to a new home in the same town. Before when I dial it used to automatically go into English, no longer works. Before that I had an email that went to an English advisor no longer works!. I have emailed your website several times as I can't even get your software to check if internet is available as it doesn't recognise the street address. Besides paying for a 10mb connection and only getting 3mb for the last 3 years your service has been reliable. But only works if I never need to speak to you guys!
