Stingray Classica contesta que los problemas son de Movistar, y que no tienen problemas con otras plataformas. Incluyo copias de su respuesta.
Si es así, han escogido el proveedor adecuado? Porquè han cambiado el que había?

Dear Xavier Sardá,
Thanks for contacting Stingray Classica. Indeed there have been some issues with the subtitles at Movistar last few months and these problems still persist. In short, the system of Movistar is not compatible with our subtitles and so far Movistar doesn't want to update their system, which can be solved easily. We are doing everything to make implement this update. At the moment we are stuck in a situation with Spanish subtitles branded on the screen. Sadly, our viewers still can't use the option to choose subtitles and six languages that we are able to offer to dozens of other providers around the world.
We advise our dear viewers to write to Movistar in order to let them know it is important to bring back the optional subtitles under the Stingray Classica channel. Hopefully the situation will improve as soon as possible.
Regarding the subtitles being half on the screen. Does this problem still persist with every opera? We thought all subtitles would be visible in Spanish on screen at this moment. Thanks in advance for your reply.
Kind regards,
The Stingray Music Support Team
