router Huawei 5g CPE Pro 2 Internet connection Not Working

I am sorry to write in English as I do not speak Spanish almost at all...
I have an issue with an internet connection using my new Huawei router. The SIM card is having unlimited data and works perfectly fine in a new iPhone 12 (even 5G). Once I put the sim into the router, it works for a while (seconds, maximum a minute or two, no more) and then the internet connection drops completely. The router says there is a problem with APN.
I talked to Movistar technical hotline and verified the APN login details - no issue there, all correct.
The hotline checked the line (SIM card remotely), no issue identified.
When I checked the IP address, I found out Huawei 5G CPE Router was assigned a private IP address by Movistar starting with 10. and then I found another post here having apparently the same issue... (private IP assigned due to Movistar not being able to recognise the router).

FYI I also tried a different telco provider's SIM card (Vodafone) and it worked without any issue (no drop in connection, stable download/upload, published IP assigned) which means the Router as such works OK and there is a problem with Movistar.
Pls look at it and let me know what could be done.
