Excuse me, but I think that I have a bad news for you. Unfortunatly, here only support in spanish language. According others links that others asked before you. Nevertheless, if you live outside Spain can you try call with number 34 699 991 004 .Be carefull with taxes of call, it depends of every country. It's possible that you have problems to contact with this number, only try again. From what I have read in this site only give support in Spanish. However, I found other site, here two links: https://gethuman.com/help/Movistar
https://gethuman.com/email/Movistar/report-new there yes gives support in English, but I not sure of security from website. An advice, in your first message you don't give his Personal Data in case they won't answer at least they wouldn't have your Data. Being a service where somebody can to search for services and companies dedicated to telephony, maybe they could only collect information from you. That's all we've found in English.
