BILL PAYMENT
Hello ,
I am getting no where after numerous calls with the support lines, that only provide support in Spanish. We have no internet today and apparently its because they say we have not paid our bills. When we took out a contract we never received an invoice (mail or post) and bill payment was set up with direct debit. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone contact me urgently on this so we can rectify this see if there are any discrepancies in our email contact address or account nr you have on file. URGENT PLEASE
