We verify that the zone technicians have tried to contact you but it has not been possible. They tell us that the fiber line is correctly up to the connection box outside your house. It would be necessary to reopen a new bulletin so that the technicians can review your internal installation. If you can, provide us with a contact phone number for someone who speaks Spanish (a friend, a neighbor, etc.) with whom the Ibiza technician can contact.

Thank you Carmen. Yes the internet service is showing but there is no wi-fi or internet. If I can get somebody to help in Spanish; then I can send their number.
