Hello
How do I submit a complaint in English please?
I have called and spoken to a Movistar agent and he gave me the email address escribenos@telefonica.com however, when I email my complaint, I receive an automatic response telling me that the email address has not been available since January 2020.
Why would the Movistar agent give me this incorrect email address? I need to make a complaint and wait the 30 days so I can escalate to the Industry officials.
