Hola. Please may I write in English.

 

I have cancelled my (Tenerife) Movistar contract in January but Movistar are still taking payment from my La Caixa Bank account 

I was given a contact email address on 1004 but this is being rejected by the server. It must be wrong. It is e#####p@t####m.com

 

Please can you give me the correct email address please to resolve this problem.

    We usually use spanish on this forums but we understand you need to explain the problem in english, no problem!

    This forum is dedicated to resolve technical issues related with @telefonica.net Movistar.es or @infonegocio.com email adresses. It seems your inquiry is a billing issue, so we recommend you to ask this information through the Atencion Comercial forum, where you can choose which kind of contract did you have with Movistar and open a new thread there and they can guide you with your billing problems.
