Hola. Please may I write in English.
I have cancelled my (Tenerife) Movistar contract in January but Movistar are still taking payment from my La Caixa Bank account
I was given a contact email address on 1004 but this is being rejected by the server. It must be wrong. It is e#####p@t####m.com
Please can you give me the correct email address please to resolve this problem.
