cancel Moviestar contract
After calling the 1004 number many times to try and cancel my Movistar account, with nobody answering, or if they did, putting the phone down, I finally sent a burrofax on the 10 November 2021 and cancelled my direct debit at the bank.
I heard nothing back from Moviestar until the 3 December when I received an unsigned letter with no return address, dated 22 November informing me that my ID had to be verified and to email this address. I still can't see how to cancel the account and in the meantime have received another bill for a service I no longer use and can't cancel.
Do I need to waste more money sending another burrofax while Moviestar carries on sending me bills for a service I don't use or want, but can't cancel?
