Close a mobile account on behalf of someone else.

My father has a Movistar mobile phone contract and he has become sick and moved back to the UK permanently so needs to close the account. He does not have the capacity to do it himself so i have to do it for him.

I have a power of attorney to do this.

I do not speak spanish.

How can i cancel his contract?  Who do i speak to?
